1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using PSYFI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
PSYFI is an AI-powered application that helps users understand their emotional and relational patterns through simulated conversations and psychological insights. PSYFI is not a medical device, therapy service, or substitute for professional psychological or psychiatric care.
3. Subscription and Payments
PSYFI offers the following auto-renewing subscription:
- PSYFI Premium Monthly — renews monthly at the price shown at purchase
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. Not Medical Advice
PSYFI does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnoses or treatment. The content generated by PSYFI is for informational and self-reflection purposes only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
5. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use PSYFI.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to reverse-engineer the app.
6. Third-Party Services
PSYFI uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Anthropic Claude API — AI conversation and analysis (conversation content is processed by Anthropic)
- Supabase — secure data storage and authentication
- RevenueCat — subscription management
By using PSYFI, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these services in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
7. Privacy
Your use of PSYFI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
PSYFI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dominik Gruchalski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PSYFI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
